Sweet Vidalia® Salsa with Avocado and Orange

• 1/3 cup coarsely chopped Certified Extra Sweet™ Vidalia® onion
• ½ cup cubed avocado
• 1 orange (blood or regular), peeled and skinned into small segments
• 2 teaspoons red jalapeño, minced
• 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
• Salt to taste

Prepare oranges and place in mixing bowl. Next, combine onion, avocado, jalapeño and lime juice and lightly toss. Season with salt to taste.

Salsa can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
